Nataly took me up to the Sapphire Coast, to check out our Sacred Symphony venue. We shared gushing, excited phone calls about how beautiful is!

I was home, parenting, eating ice cream with my little love, Cora. And so Nat went to greet the land solo. Talked about editing me into some shots, but we took an old school approach and I went up in picture format 🤣🤣 As well as in spirit of course.

My spirit loved it! A secluded, sacred, purpose built venue. To support our journey of 7 mantras for the Aquarian Age.

It takes energy to pattern break, move through overwhelm, perfectionism and the effort to get something done you’ve never done before.

For me, that was ripping up a carpet and painting a door. For some, that’s easy, no big deal. But it’s not something I wouldn’t have even contemplated attempting a few years ago.

For some, learning something like Reiki might be an extension of a comfort zone. Doubts and fears can show up, and what a magnificent thing to show up anyway and learn something so life enhancing. A something that gives you more energy (Ki in Japanese) and guidance on this path of being with ourselves and challenges.

There’s a fresh group of Level I Reiki students, that are going to weave their new understandings of energy work into their lives. An honour to guide them through the process.

Reiki space ready for clients!

I’ve been nestling into this space and making it feel like my own, and now it’s time to share it with others.

Reiki has a wide range of benefits and supports the whole of you as a human being. I’ve been listening in to info on its capacity to relieve pain. There are studies showing it’s comparable to painkillers like oxycodone - with less side effects. I’ve seen first hand how it lessens and alleviates headaches, period pain, joint pain and softens tightly held muscles. Pain relief is one of many reasons you might book an appointment.

You can check out availability from my bio. I’m working from Maldon fortnightly on Thursdays and some Saturdays - starting tomorrow 😊

And if you’re feeling curious about how Reiki can support you and friends/ family, there’s one spot on the upcoming Level I training on 28th Feb/ 1st March. As well as training dates up for June.

There’s a lot moving through nervous systems after the fires. I’m witnessing stories of loss and heartbreak, but also what a beautiful community that has rallied in support of Harcourt.

If you could do with some soothing, the first Sunday Soothe of the year is this weekend.

A chance for shoulders to soften, jaws to unclench. The space to feel what’s been under the surface, hear it and give yourself the loving attention that’s needed.

Ancient practices for modern people. Movement, breath, mantra and sound. With two experienced practitioners.

Nat and I gather monthly to share these sessions. We’ve got dates for the first 6 months of 2026. Maybe we’ll see you there.

Our little love Echo 💕

A Christmas Miracle ❤️🎄

Earlier this year, we rescued a litter of 7 puppies from a rural pound, at just 10 weeks old, they were brought down to Melbourne and were placed into foster care with Loki's Lodge whilst we could find them each a loving forever home.

Echo one of the girls, was always smaller, quieter, and not thriving as well as her siblings. A family member of our foster carer fell in-love with this little runt and permanently adopted her.

Unfortunately as Echo's siblings grew and became more bold and active, Echo struggled to put on weight, she was breathing very heavily even at rest and was always tired. A few weeks later, Echo was now half the size and weight of her siblings, something wasn't quite right.

We took Echo to the vet, and then specialist Richard Woolley... Echo had an 'echo' aka an echocardiogram and it revealed that she had some major birth defects in her heart and lungs. Not just 1 or 2 things wrong, but a large list that was contributing to Echo failing to thrive and grow like the rest of her siblings.
We were told that Echo wouldn't make it to her 1st Birthday, and that we were maybe looking at a few months, possibly only a few weeks before the time came where we had to say Goodbye.

Echo's amazing adoptive family decided that with our support, they would shower Echo with love whilst she is here on earth, knowing they would only have her for a short time. We were all heartbroken but so thankful that this little baby was loved and being taken care of.

No-one imagined that Echo would reach 6 months old, or that she would see Christmas, but here we are... and here Echo is celebrating Christmas yesterday with her loving family, and doing exceptionally well.

We know Echo won't be here for a long time, her diagnosis hasn't changed and unfortunately there is no cure or intervention for darling Echo. But the fact she is still here and got to celebrate Christmas, feels like a miracle, and here in rescue through so much heartbreak, you have to celebrate every win...

Merry Christmas Echo, we are so happy you are still here with us, and that you got to create a wonderful memory with your family ❤️

Last Kyneton Kundalini yoga class is tomorrow! 😢 It’s got me reflecting on everything that’s happened in this space - collectively, as this little yoga and reiki community, and personally for me.

This photo is my favourite of the space. Taken on morning two of one of the Reiki trainings this year, before I’d reordered and smoothed out all the bits and pieces in the space. A moment of sitting and absorbing how grateful I was for all the people who’ve shown up in openness, strength, presence and vulnerability in this space! In awe that I got to be a part of facilitating work that I love so much!

I’m feeling similarly today. Grateful. For this space. For all the people who’ve spent time in it with me. For it being the ground to grow my business, my Sadhana and a community 🥹

Grateful to Sean for building it, to Danielle for supporting it being converted. And knowing it’s going on to its next life as a loved space with dear friends.

And so I’ll create a new home for my work in Maldon! I’ll pour all the mantra and reiki into a new healing space 💕

Last Sunday in we breathed and listened deeply for a whole day.

As often happens, we took zero photos. and I make the conscious choice not to take photos or videos in session. And we’re often too busy dropping ourselves in beforehand with our own practices, to remember to get shots of the space. Good for humans, bad for marketing 😉
