We've had some great feedback from our first weeks classes, last week. Looking forward to continue building a great sporting club within Castlemaine's fantastic community.

Watching the kids walk out with a smile on their faces after pushing themselves out of their comfort zone in training is the best feeling.

Thinking of everyone especially those in Harcourt and nearby.

In times like this we are very thankful for our responders, CFA firefighters and volunteers, not just for fighting the fires this weekend but for the training and volunteering year in and year out.

Chiropractor Glen Warne has reached out to set up a very kind initiative for a group of us local health care practitioners to give some special help over the next month or so to those who are part of CFA or who have been affected by the fires. Whilst it's nothing compared to what's been endured over the past 48 hrs, it will be good to get behind each other any way we can.

Will be in touch with our patient base in the next couple of days via email.

We are excited to move into a new chapter for the Castlemaine community. n8 Health Castlemaine is now Zeal Chiropractic.

Whilst you can expect the same team, care and professionalism, we have been working hard behind the scenes and hope you enjoy the feel and brand, with new comfy chairs, warm lighting, and even the kids chiro table.

We would sincerely like to thank Andrew and Jane Cameron for years of service as n8 health Castlemaine and their wonderful support.

Here are three reasons why humans suffer from more neck and back problems than any other species.

🧠 Big brains/heavy heads, puts a lot of pressure on the neck.
🚶‍♂️Two legs - walking on two legs means all the force gets put through the spine.
