- Stay active, hydrate and restore your energy with longer sleeps (mini hibernations).
- Be wise: if someone around you is coughing and sneezing, hand them a mask or put one on yourself.
- Long sleeps: Pause & rest to restore balance & adjust your pace from the exuberance of summer.
- Have hot baths, drink warm lemon water to start the day and eat plenty of fresh leafy greens.

The building recently sold and we were unable to find a single alternative location. So Healing Well has reconfigured in practitioner groups, transitioning to lovely new rooms, across 3 locations in Castlemaine.
