YogaLiving offers Yoga & meditation classes, intensives and workshops. A nurturing environment that welcomes students of all abilities.

YogaLiving in Castlemaine offers yoga and meditation classes suited to beginners or those wishing to deepen their practice in a supportive and nurturing environment. Emphasis is placed on students moving through sequences according to their individual needs and abilities. Variations are given throughout the class so students can tailor the practice to their personal needs and ability. Students experience asana (postures), both restorative and dynamic, pranayama (breathing) techniques and mindfulness meditation. Using quiet focus students are encouraged to be aware and adventurous in their self-exploration allowing for gradual or profound change to emerge.

Some of my favourite Yoga this summer has been camping with family at the beach!

We also enjoyed a delicious 5 day intensive to celebrate the new year.

Term 1 classes begin Feb 2
All classes are fully booked except Friday 9.15-10.30am

This is a general level class with mixed abilities and experience welcome. A complete practice including dynamic and restorative postures, breath awareness and deep rest.
Time to slow down and tune in with a supportive group.

My first ocean swim for summer, view from our campsite and holiday reading…such a gift to pause and rest in nature 🧡

Yoga Living studio classes are taking a summer break until first week of Feb.

New Year intensive is fully booked.

I’ve been making this camellia heart every spring on my nature strip for a few years. It’s a labour of love as the kangaroos play with it each night and as I walk to Yoga I rebuild it…gradually filling in the full heart 💓

Yoga Living classes take a short break over the school hols and return October 6 for 10 weeks.

Classes are almost full but 1-2 places available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9.15-10.30am

My morning walk to the studio is earlier on Fridays so a treat to be bathed in pink today

This week in class our intention to nourish any seeds which may have become dormant over winter. Hope, compassion, love, grace….definitely peace for me.

My dear friend, mentor and fellow Yoga lover Edna developed these beautiful Yoga cards for children 13 years ago…
Now the model is 18 and still enjoying an occasional class with his mum! Me

After a lovely warm break it has been a joy returning to classes.
Harry my pup joined us, as always, for meditation yesterday!

All Yoga classes for term 3 are fully booked except Friday 9.15-10.30am
It’s warm and cosy in the Over the Moon studio.
