We are looking for someone with a “can do” attitude to join our friendly reception team. We are a busy mixed-billing Family Clinic in the Northern suburbs, you will need, patience and empathy, be able to work within a team or on your own. , Must be flexible and available on week-ends and Public holidays. Experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided

Responsibilities will be:

Telephone skills
Faxing/Emails
Cash handling
Billing both Private and Medicare
Checking in all patients for appointments
Completing task requests from individual Doctors
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

We are looking for a self motivated team member to join our busy practice. You will be required to perform clinical duties within required levels of clinical competency. Explain procedures to patients, providing them with support and reassurance. Duties will also include triaging, immunisations and other injections, wound management, chronic disease management, ECG's, stock ordering and control, sterilising of instruments, assist doctors with surgical procedures. Maintain clinical documentation. Co-ordinate patient recall programs, GP management plans, team care arrangements and health assessments. Previous GP Clinic experience preferred.
