all of our treatments begin with full body compressions to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, bringing the body into a state of relaxation. compressions are also used to improve circulation, warming up the tissues and preparing them for massage.

jae represents the first initial of my name (julia) and the initials of the most important women in my life - my mum angela, my little sister alisha, my big sister erin, and my best friend emily 🥰

the font used for 'jae' is also my sister erin's handwriting 💛
