Exercise helps target and strengthens the surrounding back muscles to improve your posture and take strain off your lower spine thus alleviating back pain!

1. Back Extensions
Hold for about 10-15 seconds and repeat 3-5 times a day!

2. Glute Bridge
Hold for 10 seconds at the top and repeat 8-10 times a day for that optimum stretch!

3. Deep Lunge
Hold for about 10 seconds at the bottom and repeat about 8-10 times a day to improve posture and stability!
