Give Me Your Hand is a community level mental health support group aimed at anyone struggling with a mental illness. The support service is driven by a passionate young man with lived experience of mental illness. The purpose of Give Me Your Hand is to offer free online or in person support and guidance for anyone struggling with mental health.
