“I don’t want to get bulky.”

I hear this all the time.

And it’s the exact thing holding so many women back from getting stronger.

Because the truth is…

You don’t accidentally build a bulky body.

Not from lifting weights.
Not from training a few times a week.
Not from following a structured program.

What actually happens when you train properly:

✔ You get stronger
✔ You feel more capable
✔ Your body becomes firmer, not bigger

Avoiding heavier weights doesn’t protect you.

It keeps you:
– under-challenged
– under-stimulated
– stuck

Strength training isn’t about getting bigger.

It’s about building a body that supports you now… and long term.

DON'T hold back because of this

Bone loss starts earlier than you think.

You’re already losing strength.
You just haven’t noticed yet.

Not in your 60s.
Not when something goes wrong.

It starts quietly… from your 30s.

And most women don’t realise it’s happening.

Because you can still feel “fine” while your strength is slowly declining underneath.

So you try to do the right thing:

You walk more.
You pick up some light weights.
You focus on being consistent.

But here’s what’s missing 👇

👉 Walking doesn’t create enough stimulus
👉 Light weights won’t drive real change
👉 Consistency without progression keeps you stuck

Bone doesn’t respond to movement alone.
It responds to load.

To challenge.
To progression over time.

Which means… The way you train matters more than how often you train.

This is the shift most women never get shown.

And it’s the difference between just staying active… and actually getting stronger.

Can I be honest with you for a second?

You don’t actually need to start over.

Not next Monday.
Not next month.
Not after things “settle down.”

Because starting over… is exactly what’s keeping you stuck.

READ THAT AGAIN!

Every time you reset, you’re going back to the beginning instead of building momentum.

And it usually looks like this:

You get motivated
→ you’re consistent for a bit
→ life gets busy
→ things slip
→ you feel like you’ve failed
→ so you decide to start again “properly”

But that “fresh start” feeling?

It’s a trap.

Because progress doesn’t come from perfect weeks.
It comes from continuing through the imperfect ones.

The women who see real change aren’t more disciplined.

They’ve just stopped quitting every time life isn’t ideal.

They keep showing up
—even when it’s messy
—even when it’s not structured
—even when it’s not their “best”

And that’s where the shift happens.

If you’re tired of going in circles,
maybe it’s not about doing more…

It’s about learning how to keep going.

The workouts you’re doing might not be strong enough to protect your bones.

Most women think walking, Pilates or light weights are enough.

They’re not.

Bone health doesn’t improve with “gentle” movement.
It improves with load, structure and progression.

And by the time most women realise this…
they’re already playing catch up.

This isn’t about training harder.
It’s about training properly.

It’s not your fault.

No one teaches women how to train properly for this stage of life.

I’m opening a small intake for my
Strong Bones & Strength Program

Designed specifically for women who want to:
✔️ build real strength
✔️ support bone health
✔️ feel confident in their body again

If you never know what to eat… this is for you.

It’s not that women don’t want to eat well… It’s that they’re constantly trying to figure it out on the spot.

And that’s where things fall apart.

So here’s a simple, go-to meal you can come back to anytime 👇

🥗 High-Protein Nourish Bowl
• Grilled chicken (or swap for any protein of your choice - salmon, beef, tofu)
• Roast sweet potato
• Steamed greens (broccoli / beans)
• Mixed leaves
• Olive oil + lemon + salt

That’s it.

No overthinking.
No complicated rules.
No “starting again tomorrow.”

👉 Meals like this remove the stress
👉 And when food feels simple… consistency becomes easier

Save this for later when you’re stuck on what to eat.

You take care of everyone else…
But when was the last time you truly took care of you?

Not just squeezing in a quick workout.
Not just “trying to eat better.”
But actually committing to your health, your strength, your wellbeing — in a way that sticks.

Because the truth is…
Most women aren’t lacking motivation.
They’re exhausted from doing it all alone.

👉 Trying to figure out what to eat
👉 Starting and stopping programs
👉 Feeling like you’re “back at square one” every Monday

And over time, it becomes easier to put yourself last.

But here’s what I want you to know:

You’re allowed to prioritise yourself.
Not after everything else is done.
Not when life slows down.
Now.

Because when you feel stronger…
When you feel more in control of your body…
When food and exercise stop feeling confusing…

Everything changes.

✨ Your energy
✨ Your confidence
✨ The way you show up for your life

This is exactly why I created my 6 Week Strength & Nutrition Program (https://inflow-wellness.com.au/personal-training).

A supportive, structured approach designed for women who are ready to stop guessing and start seeing real, sustainable change.

✔️ Personalised strength training
✔️ Simple, structured nutrition (no extremes)
✔️ Ongoing support & accountability
✔️ A plan that fits into your life — not takes it over

This time, the change sticks.

If you’ve been thinking about starting…
Take this as your sign.

I used to train differently to how I do now.

For a long time, I thought I needed to be doing more to get results.

More sessions.
More cardio.
More HIIT
More effort across the board.

And to be honest — I was consistent with it. Even Obsessed with it.

But I wasn’t actually getting the return I expected for the work I was putting in. I wasn't slim, I wasn't toned, I was just burnt out.

The turning point wasn’t pushing harder.

It was stepping back and changing how I was training.

👉 Slowing things down
👉 Focusing on quality over quantity
👉 Lifting in a way that actually challenged me
👉 Giving my body time to recover
👉 Supporting it properly with nutrition

I was scared, I was apprehensive, It felt like I was doing less…

But then everything started working better.

This is where I see a lot of women are stuck now.

They’re committed.
They’re showing up.

But they’re spreading their effort too thin —
and not giving their body a clear enough reason to change.

Once that shift happens, things start to feel different.

You’re not second guessing everything.
You’re not constantly starting over.

You're finally seeing the results.

You just feel more in control of what you’re doing —
and why you’re doing it.

✨ It’s a very different way of approaching it.

And it makes a big difference.

Training hard… but nothing’s changing?

You’re showing up.
You’re doing the workouts.
You’re trying to eat “better.”

And yet…
nothing really seems to shift.

So you start questioning yourself.

Am I doing something wrong?
Do I need to try harder?
Why does this feel harder than it should?

Instead of questioning yourself, these are my 4 top reasons why changes might not be seen:

1. You’re not lifting heavy enough

A lot of women stay in the “comfortable” range.

But change happens when your body is challenged — not just when you complete the workout.

👉 If you can easily do 15 reps… it’s probably too light.

2. There’s no progression

Doing the same weights, same exercises, same reps each week = no reason for your body to adapt.

Your body is smart.
It only changes when it has to.

3. You’re doing too much, not too little

More workouts ≠ better results.

If you’re constantly fatigued, not recovering, or just “going through the motions”… you’re not giving your body what it needs to actually respond.

4. Nutrition isn’t supporting your training

You can’t build strength (or change body composition) if your body isn’t fuelled properly.

Undereating, inconsistent meals, or low protein = stalled progress.

This is where most women get stuck.

Not because they’re not trying…
but because no one has shown them how to train with purpose.

✨ When your training + nutrition align, everything changes.

If you want help structuring this properly — I’m here.

Monday isn’t the problem.
The way you think about Monday is.

So many women wake up today thinking:

“I’ll start again.”
“I need to be stricter.”
“I went off track… now I need to fix it.”

But here’s the truth…

You don’t need to reset your whole life every Monday.

Because every time you “start over” you’re actually reinforcing the cycle of:
➡️ all-or-nothing
➡️ guilt
➡️ pressure
➡️ burnout

And that’s exactly what keeps you stuck.

What actually works?

Not perfection.
Not extremes.
Not starting again.

👉 Coming back to your rhythm.

The same simple things that always work:
• Moving your body (even if it’s not perfect)
• Eating in a way that supports you (not restricts you)
• Letting consistency—not emotion—lead

Because progress isn’t built on perfect weeks.

It’s built on the weeks where you keep going anyway.

If this is where you’re at right now… You don’t have to figure it out alone.

I have a few spots open for personalised support inside Inflow-Wellness—
where we focus on building structure, strength and sustainable habits that actually last.

If you keep starting over… this is actually what’s going on

It’s not a motivation problem.

It’s what happens when things only work…
when everything is going well.

Because the moment life gets busy, stressful, or off routine…

You stop.
You fall off.
You tell yourself you’ll “start again properly.”

And suddenly you’re back at the beginning.
Again.

Not because you’re inconsistent —
but because there’s nothing to hold you in place when things aren’t perfect.

That’s the missing piece.

What actually works looks like this 👇

• A plan you can follow even on your worst week
• Structure that removes the “what should I do?”
• Flexibility so one off day doesn’t undo everything
• Support so you don’t disappear when it gets hard

So instead of starting over…

You just keep going.

That’s where real progress happens.

Most workouts fail for one simple reason…

They’re not part of a plan.

And I see this all the time 👇

Women showing up, doing their best…
but feeling like they’re not actually getting anywhere.

Not because they’re not trying hard enough — but because there’s no structure behind what they’re doing.

Here’s what actually makes the difference:

• A program that builds over time (not random sessions)
• Progression — so your body has a reason to adapt
• Adjustments based on how you’re feeling week to week
• Simple, realistic nutrition — not extremes
• Support when motivation dips (because it will)

It’s not about doing more.

It’s about doing the right things, in the right order…. consistently.

That’s what creates real progress.
