October is Mental Health Month in Australia, and on 10 October we recognise World Mental Health Day 💚

Check out the incredible Lego creations that Arcare Caulfield's Maintenance Officer Matt brought in for our residents to look at! 🙌

The remote controlled Excavator was a hit with residents, who were curious to know how long it took to build. 🤔🏗️

Residents learned invaluable insights, from understanding how certain medications can impact fall risk, to practical tips for preventing falls in daily life. ✏️

With engaging demonstrations and scenarios, our experts highlighted ways to stay safe and independent.
