A reminder to perform regular skin self examination!

It is important to check your own skin thoroughly from top to toe,
including soles of your feet and if you notice any new or changing spots get them checked out immediately by your Dr ! Early detection of skin cancer can save lives! Taking photos of your own skin ( and perhaps getting someone to help you!) can help in identifying new spots

Follow these tips from board-certified dermatologists to increase your chances of spotting skin cancer early, when it’s most treatable.
