Getting back into routine after a long, adventurous, and indulgent summer break. Holidays are so important for the mind and body to have a reset and rejuvenate, especially when one is lucky enough to escape to spectacular nature! (Pics below from jervis bay NSW and sapphire coast!)
Starting the year afresh is also a great chance to get back into healthy habits, exercise and self care!
I’ve started up all my group mat classes as well as private and small group pilates sessions based from home!
Women’s mat classes:
Mondays 9:30 am and 6:45 pm
Wednesdays 9:15 am
Men’s mat class Mondays 7:45 pm!
