I love sitting outside for my morning rituals.
Today felt different.
There was an emptiness in the sky.
A completion.
A cleansing. A space was created for something more pure and more sacred.
A freshness.

As I sat observing the movement of the birds and wind, there was also the presence of courage and resilience whispering from deep in my bones.
Something ancient.
It was so clear and so precise.

It is in these quiet moments that we catch those subtle nudges.
So today I invite you to take a moment to be still, to listen.
Take a moment to reflect before we come to the end of 2025.

VULNERABILITY
I grew up believing that vulnerability meant weak or defeated.

The past few months I have connected deeper with parts of me that have felt and even looked uncomfortable.
It was like standing completely naked in front of the mirror.
It took courage in recognising these places of vulnerability.
To be in acceptance and acknowledge the woman looking back at me.
Witnessing me as I was witnessing her.
The beauty and innocence.
It was raw but real.
She was telling me a story.
The letting go and renewal.

From a little girl to the woman I AM today. Acknowledging my body and my journey into remembering.
My body’s wisdom has always been there but it was masked with performances and expectations of how I needed to show up in the world.

Today that final mask drops with deep gratitude for what has ended.
The air empty.
The death for the rebirth.
Taking a deep inhale into this space of emptiness and trusting the birth of something profound, brewing silently deep beneath the surface.

Honouring this temple and sitting in deep gratitude, listening to its whispers.

To soften.
