Jags Medicine Woman Creative Treasures is the home of little treasures that have been created for you from the heart. PRANA being one of my own creations. Creating what I feel.

Creative Treasures is something very close to my heart and felt the birth of this last year. The name came to me as I started connecting more into my own existence, my intuition and bringing forth what I was guided to birth, to create. PRANA a segment of Creative Treasures, is one of my own creations. PRANA means breathe, life force that brings all into existence. Through breath we connect deeper into our body, mind and soul. PRANA Heart and Anchor - mist sprays and PRANA Wisdom - pelvic steams add character to this segment. Just like the mysteries we hold within, so do the contents of these products.

I have been playing with some colours and creating art with the intention to just have fun with creative expression.
We were doing so well until the perfectionist in me wanted control.
I was aware of resistance in the surrender and allowing the natural flow.

The end result, not what I had in mind.
Frustrated and disappointed, I took a step back!
What is this teaching me?

Life is like a canvas with layers and layers of craft.
Some colourful. Some not!
We work through each layer and create space for something new that aligns and serves our life at that point in time.

We never fail at anything or get it wrong.
It only just is a label that we place onto the experience or situation. Perhaps to understand!

What happens when we change that narrative to exploration and having fun instead.
And being ok with starting again.

This time, choosing differently and moving from that place of learning through the experience.
