One Sound, One Moment of Tea 🥣🍵
— Singing Ring, Matcha, and Space —

A collaboration between traditional Japanese culture and craftsmanship.

An invitation to bring moments of spaciousness into everyday life🍃

Everyone brings their own hot water, gently blending it together and sharing as one.

The mixed water is then harmonized with the sound of the singing ring, aligning and settling its energy.

As the matcha is being prepared, each person is gently placed Singing Ring on their body, allowing its vibrations to soften and release tension from within.

With a calm and centered heart, matcha is carefully prepared, each movement slow and mindful.

The soothing tones and subtle vibrations of Singing Ring resonate with nature, creating a deep sense of harmony.

We observe the waves spreading through the water, feeling the sound vibrations ripple through our bodies.

A hexagonal star appears within the water. It is a symbol of balance, where opposing energies merge into unity.

No matter where the ring is struck, it resonates at the same frequency, a quiet testament to its perfect harmony.

春のやわらかな流れの中で始まったリトリートが、無事に終わりました。

ご参加いただいた皆さま、ありがとうございました🩷

とても和やかで穏やかな、やわらかな時間でした。

ヨガや瞑想、サウンドヒーリング、タッピングタッチを通して、それぞれがご自身の内側へと静かに還っていく姿が、とても印象的でした。

呼吸に耳を澄まし、波動に身をゆだねながら、心と体がゆっくりとほどけていくひととき。

その中で、自分自身を見つめる大切な時間を過ごしていただけたこと、そしてそのプロセスを共にできたことを、心から嬉しく思います。

「心地よかった」「優しい時間だった」といったお声もいただき、このリトリートが、皆さまにとって小さな癒しや気づきの種となっていたら幸いです。

- A quiet reminder -

On the morning after arriving in Japan, my body wouldn’t move.
It was swollen, heavy. I couldn’t even move my fingers or toes. All I could do was stare at the ceiling.

Two hours later, I finally managed to rise, dragging myself along the floor. My legs felt like those of an elephant. My whole body was stiff, stretched, refusing to bend.
　
Looking back, the signs had been there. A week before, sudden swelling in my legs. A couple of months of shallow, uneasy breathing while playing tennis.
But I didn’t stop.

I had been living constantly “on,” never allowing myself to switch off. And because it didn’t feel painful, I didn’t notice…
until my body stopped me.

In that stillness, I realized: this body is the one that carries me through life.

It deserves rest. It deserves care. It deserves to be heard.

This experience has changed something in me
A quiet reminder:
Take care of yourself.

When you treat yourself with kindness, it naturally softens the way you meet the world.

And that quiet gentleness touches more than just you.

I am still recovering, taking it one day at a time.
I hope to be back to myself soon, and to return to Melbourne to share time with you all again.
