Welcome to The Health Formula! The Health Formula is an osteopathy and integrative health clinic located in Melbourne’s Caulfield South. Our focus is on addressing underlying causes, rather than simply treating symptoms, so you can get well and stay well naturally. We believe that a combination of hands-on manual therapy (touch), authentic movement and exercise rehabilitation (move), along with personalised nutrition and lifestyle changes (nourish) creates the best ‘formula’ for recovering from injury, restoring health and optimising physical and mental performance. 🎙️ Exciting news, everyone!

I had the incredible opportunity to be the inaugural guest on the Midlife Mavericks Podcast with Stretch Rayner. We delved into my journey, from battling my own health challenges to becoming deeply entrenched in the world of Functional Medicine.

Growing up I faced my fair share of health struggles, including chronic asthma, weight and digestive issues. But my path took a turn for the better when I stepped into the role of a fitness instructor and discovered the transformative power of health and nutrition.

Fast forward to today, and I’m proud to say I’ve found my calling in Osteopathy and Functional Medicine. These modalities allow me to combine my knowledge of the body with a holistic approach to wellness, focusing on uncovering and addressing the root causes of health issues.

During our conversation, we dived into the essence of functional medicine – its personalised approach, comprehensive testing methods, and emphasis on proactive intervention and prevention. I also shared insights on how functional medicine differs from conventional practices and the pivotal role it plays in revolutionising healthcare.
