π‘ What is causing my lower back pain and what can I do about it? π‘
Lower back pain is a complicated subject for something that is so common. It is the single leading cause of disability worldwide, 16% of Australians are currently living with LBP and over 80% of people experience it at least once in their life.
With increasingly sedentary lifestyles and poor medical management, it is becoming a bigger and more important issue.
There are many conditions that cause lower back pain including;

πΉ Restricted joint / facet joint pain
πΉ Disc herniations / nerve pain
πΉ Bone pain
πΉ Muscle weakness
πΉ Pregnancy
Often, lower back pain is caused by a combination of the above.
There are a few different treatment options for lower back pain, depending on the cause, such as;
