As the energy continues to seriously keep messing with me and my body and no doubt you too as it's a bit farked.

I thought I would share what I have been enjoying doing for myself so that it may inspire you to take time for yourself too.

Pottery has become a lifeline and where time just disappears into the void of being in the zone of nothingness.

I have done quite a bit of playing and learning and managed to gift my family some unique one offs for Christmas which I loved doing. ☺️.

I have taken over part of the lounge room and there is now clay in places where there shouldn't be. 😝. Simon gifted me 'Veronica' the pottery wheel for my birthday/christmas/every other significant celebration gift lol as well as his patience and understanding of pottery taking over Earth Cottage! 🤣🤪.

Think he now regrets his gracious gift I think. 😉.

Anyway I keep forgetting to take photos of all my finished glazed pieces that I am super stoked with.
As I was playing with these I was certainly being guided to take photos to share and remind you to take some time to unplug, play & create.

What ever that looks like to you.

My beautiful pottery teacher has just left for an amazing extended overseas adventure, lucky duck. 😊.

So no more finished products until I find a new share kiln or sn**ch up a bargain on marketplace lol. 😜.

Things are discombobulating and exhausting atm you are not imagining it and you are not alone.

Take some time to unplug from the noise and the world and plug back into you. 💜🐢

So yesterday saw me back in the saddle of being of service to you once again. I had the pleasure of working with two longtime clients for a reset and some direction. It's been awhile since I have been able to offer 1:1 sessions. Man to say I have missed working with you all is an understatement! I've finally come to the realisation that life is going to be messy and for the near future won't be settling down anytime soon. I'm the one that needs to look at and work things differently and more fluidly to still do what makes my soul fulfilled. So if you are a previous client and you've been want your own reset and guidance lately please get in touch and let's see what we can work out together. My non negotiable boundary of my parents being priority remains the same but there is currently room to wiggle so let's do it. 😊

SIMPLIFY & STRIP BACK,
that's the message of this Ta**us full supermoon!

She's somatic & exalted, with a lick of truth!

There is a deep invitation here to truly land in your body, to integrate & settle what's been fragmented. Are you feeling whole? And what would wholeness feel like? What are you holding onto, in your body, in your cells, in your memory, in your heart?
Ta**us is fixed Earth & knows how to HOLD! It stores, all things. Future information, knowledge, the weight of the world. Haha.. yeah.. no biggie! Does what you hold have a hold on you?

Uranus is about to retrograde BACK into Ta**us on the 8th for the final stint & won't return here for another 84yrs! Your Ta**us house is going through a metamorphosis, an awakening! The upgrades will be real & very visceral, like lightning strikes. THIS is Uranus in Ta**us!

Pay attention to what's revealed & illuminated during this full Moon as its part of a bigger story- a closure, an end! The Ouroboros! Something ends whilst something new begins. We will never see Uranus move through this area of our chart again!

Have you reassessed your values, your priorities & what feels secure in your life? Are you feeling well fed & deeply nourished? This is a time to pull on our inner resources!
If there is one thing Ta**us exels in its being resourceful & counting on themselves. Its one of the least signs I see in astrology sessions due to them relying on themselves first & foremost & not seeking external validation, opinions or approval!

The full Moon is in a harmonious & supportive trine to the karmic South Node in Virgo which can help us to truly sever & release the past. Clear the drains, get unblocked! The Virgo South Node lesson is to get out of the head & stop micro-managing every damn thing!
The Scorpio Sun in trine to the Pisces North Node asks us to trust in what's unseen, the mystery & deeply surrender. Life is FULL of magic!

My latest cup and side plate creations from the hand building workshop with 😁. A very enjoyable morning spent with good company and getting creative. I've been struggling a lot lately with formal meditating like I used to. I have found playing and creating with clay is calming my nervous system though and is very meditative. I have no expectations on myself of the outcomes of what I am creating just letting things flow and go lol. So if you struggle with meditating or just don't have the bandwidth maybe do something simple but creative instead. It's the act of getting out of your 'thinking' brain and 'being' instead that does the world of good.

Join us in our Gympie studio for 3 hours of immersive creativity. Designing and creating you worn functional cup using the hand building slab technique.

Working with clay has the amazing ability to transform us into a space of calm, focus, connection and growth, giving you the opportunity to 'fill your own cup'

These workshops are full of expert tips and techniques that will enable you to make your own hand build pieces at home with just a few tools. Or you can just enjoy the process of creating and connecting with other group participants.

Class sizes are kept to a maximum of 4 to allow you to get the most from the teachings.

Your completed cup will be stored safely in the studio to dry and then be glazed and fired (by me) with your choice of glaze. You will have your completed cup approximately 2 weeks after the class.

And the Pottery Chapter has officially begun. 😁. Had an absolute blast and some much needed time out every week for the last 5 weeks with the beautiful Cate from These are the incredible results I have come away with which I am super proud of with lots of help and guidance from the very talented Cate. 🙌. Looking forward to doing the hand building workshops next as well as continuing on my wheel throwing journey of fun. 😊. Highly recommend doing beginners creative classes to get out of your head, back into your body and connect with your soul at the same time. If you're looking for something for you for some fun and connection to yourself and others - highly recommend. 🌻

Hey everyone can you even believe that it is Sept 1st already??? 😳

I received a beautiful message from an old friend this morning checking in as I haven't been appearing on her page anymore.

What a lovely thing to wake up to. 😊

So I thought I would say a quick 👋.

The thing is I have been having an ongoing battle with balancing all the aspects of doing life well lol.

I always have lots going on behind the scenes and what may not seem like 'busy' to some is definitely a bit to juggle at times for me.

We have big plans for this page and to get back into making a community and helping others along the way.

This year though has been 2 steps forward - 1 back and do the Hokey Pokey. 😜

At the end of the day I turn 51 this year and am traversing the joys that come with that.

I also have the privilege of caring for my parents and guiding my nearly grown up kids through life - plus all the animal kids we have too. 😉

I'm sure some of you resonate with the juggle. 🤪

I am sure if you have followed me for awhile you know there's been many highs and lows and wild rides in this life that I have openly shared.

That's one of the things I do do well.

I am authentic, honest, very intuitive and to the point - sometimes perhaps too bluntly for some but it is always from a good place.

So traversing the last few years has been tricky to find the balance and momentum to be of service to you as well at times.

However, I am now feeling like I have broken the surface and feeling more like my old self again.

I can confidently claim expert status of resilience and finding the positive lessons in all the stages of life we are here to learn from.

The little things that make you smile make big changes in your life. From my beautiful pink love notes left by Simon up the stairs to my fluffy butts. 🥰. To my 2nd wheel pottery class today and learning how to trim, pull handles and throw a small bowl. 😎. Lastly to little Scout my rescue fruit dove and of course Bud 😉who is now part of the crazy farm animals and is finally showing her quirkiness. 😊. All of these beautiful parts of my day make a huge overall difference to returning me back to me once again. 🙏. Feel free to share your glimmers and small things that bring you joy. 🌻
