🌿 Take a Moment to Pause and return to Presence Now.

Feel free to read this Meditation for a loved one today!!! Or follow along to the video.

Stand comfortably with arm by your side.

Allow the body to soften.

Let your shoulders drop, unclench the jaw, and allow the breath to slow down.

Bring your awareness to your feet.
Feel the support beneath you.
Imagine your breath drawing gently up from the earth, through the soles of your feet, travelling up the legs and into the heart.

Now breathe into the heart space.
Place a hand on the heart if it feels right.
As you inhale, imagine the heart softly expanding.

As you exhale, allow anything that feels rushed, heavy, or scattered to melt away.

Continue this rhythm for three slow breaths.

Inhale — earth energy rising into the heart.
Exhale — breath flowing out through the heart and down the arms, into the hands.

Now bring in a soft light in the heart.
With each breath, this light grows warmer and steadier.
No need to change anything — just be here.
On your final breath, gently remind yourself:

“I am here. I am present. This moment is enough.”

When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes and carry this presence with you.

ALOHA, BEAUTIFUL HEARTS 🌺

Last night I had the honour of guiding the very first In-Home Heartworks Lomi Lomi Couples Massage Class, and… wow. What unfolded was nothing short of sacred.

We began with heart-opening intimacy practices, easing the couple into presence, connection, and safety. Through meditation, they rediscovered each other — not as partners managing life together, but as two souls remembering why they chose one another in the first place.

With gentle vulnerability, they set their intentions and shared them openly within a container of aloha energy.
There were soft smiles, tears, and that unmistakable moment when two hearts recognise, “I still choose you.”

They were reminded of the simple, powerful beauty of eye gazing — how deeply it nourishes the nervous system and the heart. Then came the first embodiment practice, where they learnt to send energy through touch with affection, intention, and presence.
For both of them, it was like remembering a language they had never spoken to each other.

Next, one partner received a full 1-hour Heartworks Lomi Lomi instruction, allowing them to drop into trust while the other stepped into the sacred role of giver. After a gentle break with a gourmet platter and apple ciders, they switched roles — both coming alive with new awareness, softness, and appreciation.

Throughout the evening, they shared their experiences… the sensations, the emotions, the memories, and the realisations.
What touched me most was hearing them each say — in their own words — how perfectly timed this evening was for their relationship.

They needed connection.
They needed to feel seen.
They needed to feel touched with love and intention again.

They told me how much they want to keep practicing the eye gazing and how deeply it had touched their heart to feel like through this practice they could now understand the other more. A deep realisation about how powerful precense and safety is in a relationship.

And by the end of the night, with our shared gratitude and a beautiful chanting of ALOHA in harmony, you could feel the shift in the room. A healing had truly taken place.

They left feeling renewed, hopeful, deeply loved, and incredibly excited to book their next Date Night Couples Connect Heartworks Lomi Lomi Experience.
