✨ Our next 6-Week Reformer Pilates Program starts 2nd February ✨
Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or ready to level up, there’s a program to suit you:
• Mum’s Club (pregnancy & post-natal friendly)
• Youth (ages 12–18)
• Level 1 — perfect for beginners or anyone new to Physio Strong
Level 1 focuses on strong foundations, proper technique, and building confidence so you can move well and progress safely.
For those ready to build further, we also offer:
• Level 2
• Level 3
• Level 4
Our programs are expert-led, supportive, and strength-focused, designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent over 6 weeks.
