Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or ready to level up, there’s a program to suit you:

• Mum’s Club (pregnancy & post-natal friendly)
• Youth (ages 12–18)
• Level 1 — perfect for beginners or anyone new to Physio Strong

Level 1 focuses on strong foundations, proper technique, and building confidence so you can move well and progress safely.

For those ready to build further, we also offer:
• Level 2

Meet Erin 👋🏽

Erin completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (honours 👏🏽) in 2025 and has recently returned to the Great Southern after spending the past 5 years in Perth. Growing up in Mount Barker, she is excited to be back in her home region and working with the local community!

Erin has a strong interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, with a focus on building strength, reducing the risk of re-injury, and helping people better understand their bodies.

Outside the clinic, Erin enjoys swimming and regularly takes part in open water swimming events 🏊‍♀️
