With a few things to juggle at the moment this was such a beautiful gift to receive 💚 Thank you .com.au for your yummy meals they have been a lifesaver! ⁣

Although my fiancé and I love to cook most nights, it’s been great to have a break and be given back some time to do other things, even if that’s chilling on the 🛋 after a busy day. ⁣

All these virtuals require a clean yoga mat! 🧼 ⁣

Sometimes it’s shoes on, grip socks, bare feet. Sometimes it’s HIIT, Yoga, Pilates.⁣

I need a clean mat on show, guaranteed to be germ free and I want this done in a sustainable way using as natural cleaning ingredients as I can. I was recently gifted @ and I’ve really enjoyed using their cleaning range. It’s non-toxic and natural so I feel safe using it on surfaces my toddler and dog use.⁣

♻️ Their refillable bottles are helping the world too as they help you reuse instead of throwing away/recycling. I haven’t used their laundry 🧺 liquid yet but I haven’t put on any washing for 10mins so I’ll post some content on my stories soon I’m sure 😂

To-do-lists fan or no fan? 🤔 ⁣

Studies show that people perform better when they have written down what’s they need to do.⁣

What I’ve found to be so successfully to keep the list small! Also think about any MAIN goals that you have for yourself e.g ‘connect to nature more’ or ‘run a half marathon’ and ask yourself how some of your daily to-do-lists can help you move to your overarching goals! ⁣

⭐️ This is why I love The Daily Routine Journal because they give you just 5️⃣ lines to set your daily goals! It helps you feel inspired and motivated. ⁣

As contradicting as this may sound, there is a certain freedom to be found in following a structure/routine like completing this journal daily 📔 it frees up your mind, time and gives you clarity.

Healthy Sweet Potato Cacao Nibs Loaf⁣

This loaf is super nutritious and absolutely delicious! Use high quality Cacao Nibs for all the healthy heart benefits, magnesium and iron too! 🍫 Toddler friendly and an amazing way to hide veggies too. Next time hiding more! ⁣

🧡 Ingredients⁣
4 eggs⁣
2 Cups raw organic sugar ⁣
2 Cups room temperature mashed sweet potatoes⁣
3/4 cup vegetable oil⁣
2 Cups almond meal ⁣
1 Cup whole wheat flour⁣
2 tsp. baking soda⁣
2 tsp. baking powder⁣
1 tsp. ground cinnamon⁣
1 tsp. salt⁣
2 x handfuls of organic cacao nibs ⁣

🧡 Instructions⁣
- Preheat oven to 350º degrees.⁣
- Peel, wash, and cut sweet potatoes into diced shapes. Place sweet potatoes in a food processor and pulse 10-15 times, till potatoes resemble mashed potato consistency.⁣
- Beat eggs, sugar, sweet potatoes and oil in a large bowl until smooth.⁣
- In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients together.⁣
- Gradually add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients, stirring after adding a little at a time. Stir all ingredients together.⁣
- Mix in nips.⁣
- Add baking paper to loaf tin and put mixture in.⁣
- Bake 16-20 minutes.⁣
Enjoy!⁣

Yoga & daily Meditations have helped me find this space and I’m so thankful everyday for my practice 🌸⁣
