Both yoga and pilates offer amazing benefits and I’m excited to let you know I am going to be teaching both. Starting Wednesday April 8th I will be teaching a 45 minute mat pilates class at 5.30pm. Yoga classes will stay on Monday and Thursday evenings. All classes are held at the Cessnock Girl Guides hall on Ferguson St. Cost of classes is $20 or buy a 10 class pass $150 which can be used for any class within 3 months
