For the love of god, for general public clients reading:
LMTs, PTs, chiros…. We cannot get rid of 20 years of neglect in 20mins

just like you can’t go from black hair to platinum Blonde in one session -

it takes time to get HEALTHY results. One massage every 5 years won’t fix all your pain.

Self care is better than aftercare.

Don’t neglect yourself this year

Instead of expecting miracles

Please do your in-between self care: it’s pretty basic stuff —- stay hydrated with electrolytes, stretch those muscles, don’t sit with your wallet in your back pocket, don’t stand in heels all day, get your vitamins and minerals, eat healthy, and work in regulating your central nervous system

No amount of “deep tissue” (which is NOT the same as deep pressure) will get rid of deep rooted emotions stored in the soft tissues

And no amount of begging your therapist to “go deeper” will help if you’ve been neglecting yourself

Especially not within an hour.

You gotta marinate meat before slapping it on the grill.

Take care of yourselves everyone. We are healthcare providers but not miracle workers.

Hi Everyone,
My service is under
Remedial Massage
so that my clients/all of you
can use your health fund rebates..

For Chronic pain and those that have not had a massage in two to three months
they get this service

- I will initially find the tight spots
then work on the feet reflexology to
counteract that tightness so that i do not have not to use deep tissue
then use cupping to release the tension
use a little bit of vix which i find is better then deep heat products to smooth out the remaining tension the vix is also good for bruises so it removes a little of the color that comes from cupping which can take around 4 days...
And up to three weeks to settle depending on how long the cup has stayed in the one spot..

I highly Recommend 2-3 treatments
And please request or have time
For a 90-120 minute remedial massage..
90 minutes - $140
120 minutes - $180

For those with - Acute Pain
Remedial Massage with reflexology on to the spots that cause the most pain
a little bit of a nutmeg scrub then
take the time to explain a foot massage or something to help the client in the next week or so

I highly recommend - 60 - 90 minutes
60minutes - $90
90 minutes - $140

You will feel tired after
Drink lots of water

Follow up is done in two to three weeks to see how the client is feeling after the remedial massage.

If your still sore please come back in as there may be some residual pain to address

I love massaging the elderly
More gentle massage with some attention to the feet.

And I also love pregnancy massage
side lying is the best..

After the second trimester
And take off $10 on my $90 a hour
As this massage is harder on the client
I charge $80 an hour
