A lot of people are shocked or scared when they hear the word ๐ฐ๐ด๐ต๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ข๐ณ๐ต๐ฉ๐ณ๐ช๐ต๐ช๐ด, but hereโs something reassuring: ๐๐ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง ๐๐ง๐, ๐ข๐ง ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐๐ฒ๐ฌ, ๐ข๐ญโ๐ฌ ๐ ๐ง๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐๐ฅ ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ญ ๐จ๐ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง ๐ ๐๐จ๐๐ฒ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ฌ, ๐๐๐ง๐๐ฌ, ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ญ๐ฌ, ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ ๐๐ฌ.

These changes donโt automatically mean danger, pain, disability, or that youโre โfalling apart.โ Theyโre simply signs of a life well lived
