I’m writing to let you know about an upcoming change to our payment system at Hunter Wellness Clinic.
Due to rising operational costs and the ongoing unreliability of our HICAPS machine, it’s with a heavy heart that we’ve made the decision to remove HICAPS from our payment options. While this wasn’t an easy decision, it will allow us to simplify our systems and avoid disruptions during appointments.
Please know that you will still absolutely be able to claim your treatments through your private health cover. This is a service we will always support because we understand how valuable it is for many of our clients.
For all Remedial Massage appointments, you will simply receive an emailed receipt after your treatment, which you can submit directly to your private health fund to claim your rebate.
Accepted payment methods moving forward will be:
✨Card on file – a simple and convenient option where your appointment fee is charged with one simple click at the time of treatment
✨Cash payment
✨Bank transfer

These changes will help reduce unnecessary stress within the business and allow me to focus more fully on what matters most — providing you with the best possible care and treatment.
