The first week of the school year is always a week of Professional Development for the OCC Therapy team. It was a fantastic week of learning more about supporting children and teens through a crisis, assistive technology, pain, hypermobility, parent coaching and of course, annual updates such as First Aid!

Introducing our new Community Access Program at our Mount Gravatt Clinic!

We are co-facilitating this program with Care to Change. Teens and young adults between 15-21 years are welcome to join our occupational therapist and support worker for this program.

➡ 8 Week Program
➡ Tuesday afternoons 3:30-6:00pm
➡ Program commencing on the 21st of October!
➡ Join us for a one-on-one session prior to the group commencing to complete relevant documentation, set individual goals and complete initial assessments

Josh is passionate about supporting children to embrace their strengths and in developing their confidence and skills to overcome challenges throughout their journey. Josh values communication and collaboration as core components of the therapy process.

At OCC Therapy, we are a paediatric occupational therapy service who provides client-centered and neuro-affirming occupational therapy services to children and their families. With a focus on helping children thrive and reach their full potential, our team delivers personalised support and therapy in homes, educational settings, and in the community. We work with children and adolescents from 0-18 years.

OCC Therapy is a registered provider with the National Disability Insurance Agency. We can also see children with private health insurance and medicare management plans.
