Extremely proud of my teacher, mentor and beloved friend Linda Graham who has published this beautiful, insightful, colourful book containing a compilation of her life’s work in the area of colour psychology.

I’m so happy she finally decided to immortalise her wisdom in this way, so it can reach so many people in the world.

She has taught me so much, and I’m deeply grateful for all she has done for me all these years. I hope this book helps you understand and grow much more.

This week, we are supported by the energy of 26/8.

26 is known by a couple of names: one is Lord Karma, another one is Divine Justice.

This energy will help us find balance in any situation that is currently questionable. We may get some clarity on the way ahead and make decisions that align better with the greatest good.

Things may fall out on their own. Take a deep breath and trust. All is working for us!

If decisions need to be made, please ensure you connect within, so that you can act assertively.

In these times of change, ensure you breathe, meditate, ground, be in nature as often as possible and do the things so love, so you continue to be centred.

I was travelling in the bus today on my way to work. I was praying with my eyes open, when I suddenly see a rainbow 🌈. It was a very intense and beautiful rainbow. However, I looked around and most people were looking down to their phones and focusing on other things. Basically, I was the only one who saw it.

For a moment, I was tempted to scream: rainbow, rainbow, but I thought that not everyone is so interested on rainbows as I am.

This lead me to think 🤔 about it in a wider scale.
How many times have we been focusing on the wrong things, causing for us to miss on the important and wonderful experiences life has to offer?

What are focusing on right now? Is this really important? Are you missing on anything because your head is taking you on a different path?

Can you change that today? Look around, catch the little and magical things you have available.

There is an old song in Spanish that says: “oye, abre tus ojos, mira hacia arriba, disfruta las cosas buenas que tiene la vida...”
It kind of translates to this: “hey, open your eyes, look up, enjoy the beautiful things life has to offer..”

I used to sing this as a child, but I can truly appreciate the lyrics as an adult.

We are entering a week 24/6.

The world is going through an unstable and unpredictable period of time, and our tendency would be to try to control all we can.

24 will reinforce this trend. However, the learning here is to release the need for control and trust. Remind yourself that everything has a Divine timing and purpose. Trust that you will be guided in the right direction and that all will work out well and in accordance to the Divine Plan.

You may be feeling anxious and your nervous system may be under stress. Please remember all the activities that support you to bring peace and calm.

For me personally, these include exercise, meditation, breathing techniques, contact with nature, calming music and listening to comedy (laughter).

It is time to build something new.

Do you feel that something has expired or is reaching the end of its value in your life? It may be time to reconsider what you truly want to do and experience, and let go of old structures that may be limiting your growth.

Be aware that to build something new, something has to go. This means that perhaps some chaos may arise. Get through it and understand that this is necessary to bring a fresh beginning to your life.

Do not fear! Everything is helping us grow! Look up and look forward to renewals and a new dawn.

It is certainly a time of renewal and transformation. Some speak of the clarity that can be achieved after the eclipse, as some hidden aspects of our lives or personalities could come to the light. It’s like a veil is removed to allow us to see what was not visible before.

Believe in yourself and your skills!

You can do it!

That project, that task you thought it was not reachable? Think again!

This week will support you in taking the courage to do that thing you’ve been postponing. You are capable and now is the time.

Stop doubting yourself. You don’t need to know everything. You just need the first step.

Take responsibility, stop avoiding, or it will just weight you down.

This is a good week to increase your meditation practice and ground. Trust you will be guided on the path.

Ahhh, the big principle that will allow us to understand who we truly are, what we stand for, what we desire, what our boundaries are, what we are here for.

This week might push us into self-reflection to support us in the alignment of our actions to our values. What do we truly want? What are we doing just to comply? What has to finish? What needs to start?

Big questions and very important indeed.
Take the time to reflect and take courage to take action to align.

This week may trigger an intense emotional release. Let it happen and clear yourself of any old stagnant feelings, pain, drama that may be stored in your body and let it go. It is time for renewal and the old will keep us heavy and unable to move freely.
