Baby on the way!
I can't remember who I've told so figured I announce it!
Expecting this little one to arrive some time in the second half of January.
Yes, this means I will have time off.
I don't intend to be off for too long but who knows what can happen.
At this point I'm feeling great and there are no issues continuing to work as normal.
I'm thinking my belly will be getting in the way so may have to stop massage at the end of October.
Though I will keep working beyond that if I feel good !
I hope to return in April for my regular clients only.

Firstly, I want to express my gratitude for the continued support from all my wonderful clients!

We're all feeling the pinch of the increased cost of living, and I hate to add to that list. However, it's been a while, and it's time to adjust my prices by $10, making it $110 per 60 minute appointment.

The price change will be immediate for all new appointments, or after August 31st for those who already have something booked.

Please hold off claiming any rebates for recent treatments.
There has been an error and they are bouncing back.
You will still be able to claim all of your treatments but will need to wait a few weeks.
Some funds will be corrected sooner but some won't work until Feb.
Apologies for the inconvenience!

I've noticed a few new likes/followers lately so I thought I should introduce myself for anyone who has seen my page but hasn't yet met me.
I'm Alysha the remedial massage therapist behind Optimal Life.

I moved to Charlemont from Melbourne 2 years ago with my husband and 2 little boys.

I began building my business as soon as covid restrictions would allow which was about a year and a half ago now.

I'm passionate about helping people live a better quality of life and using remedial massage to facilitate that.

I love living in Greater Geelong where the Surf Coast is so accessible and I love seeing the Armstrong Creek and surrounding suburbs community grow into a wonderful place to raise a family.
