He took on the Noosa Ultra-Trail 50km and finished an incredible 5th place in a field of ~400 runners 👊

Meet our new physio, Jesse 👋🏻

Before becoming a physio, Jesse spent the past three years working as a Strength & Conditioning Coach within the Newcastle Knights Pathways system 🏉 — a role he continues alongside his work in the clinic.

This experience has given him a strong foundation in injury rehabilitation, strength development, and preparing athletes to return to sport safely and perform at their best 🚀.

Jesse combines this performance background with physiotherapy to help people not just recover from injury, but build resilience and move with confidence⚡

Whether your goal is getting back to sport 🏃‍♂️ or simply moving and feeling better in everyday life 👍🏻, Jesse is focused on helping you achieve long-term results.

Rory recently dealt with Achilles tendon pain, meaning he needed to pull back from running 🏃‍♂️

No quick fixes 💉

Just good rehab:

Isometrics → strength → plyos → build running load

Now he’s back running, stronger and more confident 🙌
