I had an interesting conversation with a client recently about the intimate nature of Lomi Lomi sessions.

This work can move people, sometimes to tears. That’s because I hold every session with a clear intention: to channel the universal energy of love, one of the highest vibrational frequencies, through my own heart and into my hands, to your body.

This is felt. It may feel intimate, but not in any sexual way. It is the purest form of love... safe, sacred, and deeply transformative.

It can feel transcendental… as if you’re floating on a wave of bliss 🌊💛 We connect, we flow into a beautiful dance of souls, we heal.

Really though, there are no words to adequately describe this experience. You just have to feel it 🙌

The other day I noticed how the plants in my studio were all reaching toward the natural light source coming from the window.

And it made me think… we do the same, don’t we?
Always seeking the light - peace, clarity, joy, love.
It’s natural to want to feel good, to shine.

But the truth is, without the darkness, we wouldn’t recognise the light. One cannot exist without the other. Both are part of the journey. Both help us grow.

The shadow parts - the ones we hide or avoid - aren’t wrong. They just need a little warmth and attention too.

When we embrace all of who we are, something softens.
That’s where the healing begins ✨
