Have you checked out our recent newsletter with this delicious immune boosting recipe by Elena? 🤩
Ingredients:
250 ml freshly squeezed juice (Elena squeezed 2 oranges and a lemon)
1/4 cup grass-fed gelatin powder (Elena used the Nutra Organics one, which you can find at Woolies, Harris Farm or online)
1/2 cup filtered water
4 tsp Metagenics Meta Zinc with Vitamin C (Dosage depends on age of child and size of jellies; with this amount Ruby can have 2/day and have her recommended dosage for her age)
Instructions:
Pour filtered water in a small saucepan and stir in the gelatin to bloom.
Add the juice to the saucepan and place it over a low heat.
Stir in your Vitamin C and Zinc powder.
Pour into silicone moulds or a shallow dish and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set.
Pop them out and enjoy daily immune support the whole family will love!
