Bookkeeper/Payroll Officer
We are seeking an enthusiastic person, who is driven by challenge with a high attention to detail and accuracy. This role will provide a variety of tasks.
Dalrymple Villa is a private Aged Care Facility with Retirement Village attached. Dalrymple Villa has a vacancy for a Bookkeeper / Payroll Officer. The applicant would need to have bookkeeping and payroll experience and proficiency in the use of software such as but not limited to Microsoft Word & Excel would be preferred. Be organised with the ability to multi-task. The applicant must be able to work in a busy office environment.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• Processing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Assisting with payroll, timesheets, and other HR-related tasks
• Preparing compliance reports, including BASs, QFR, PAYG reports
A minimum of 3 working days per week with flexible hours.
