Last night we had the joy of welcoming chiropractic students from Macquarie University for a technique-focused session that we know they'll carry with them throughout their careers.

Dr Mark Uren shared his expertise in Thompson Technique, and Dr John Welsh guided students through Toggle (HIO) — offering real insight into approaches they don't encounter in their day-to-day university training.

At Wonder Nights, we believe the journey from student to practising chiropractor is about more than passing exams. It's about exposure, mentorship, and clinical confidence. Evenings like this help build that all-important bridge. 🌉

1. Get some sun ☀️ = Vitamin D. This helps with bone strength, immune system function and brain health
2. Walk. We are nomadic and designed to walk. Walking helps with bone strength, core stability and muscle strength. More importantly walking helps the charge the brain 🧠 giving it energy and allowing the brain to ‘fire’ 🔋just like a windmill generating power.
3. The Adjustment. This refires⚡️ and reignites the nerve message from body to brain and back; helps to stimulate brain derived neurotrophic factor laying down new and improved neural pathways; helps to break down scar tissue enhancing movement on a segmental level.
