Helen and Darren are very passionate about the role that health plays in enriching people’s lives and have loved helping people in their practice since 2008. The practice brings a unique approach to spinal care. They combine traditional chiropractic care with a rehabilitation gym that focusses on changing unhealthy spinal alignment and posture. These changes help to strengthen the spine and provide great long-term solutions for their clients. Some of the most common conditions they treat in their practice include:

neck/shoulder pain
headaches/migraines
back pain
disc injuries
low back pain/sciatica
poor posture and scoliosis

They also offer massage services for their clients, including remedial, sports, relaxation and pregnancy massages.
