𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 ♡︎

Dear sister,

I see you, standing in the space between who you were & who you are becoming. It’s a place that feels uncertain, almost like you’re hovering between two worlds, unsure of how to let go of the past & fully step into the future.

The old you feels comfortable, familiar - but it also feels like it no longer fits, like a too-tight pair of shoes you’ve outgrown. And the new you? She’s waiting, shimmering just beyond your reach, full of potential but also a little scared.

This transition can be difficult, but it is also beautiful. You are in the process of shedding old layers and making room for your truest self to emerge.

And while the space between the old & the new can feel like an uncomfortable limbo, it is the most sacred space of all - it is the cocoon before the butterfly takes flight 🦋

Know this: Letting go of the old you doesn’t mean forgetting who you were; it means honoring the woman who got you to this moment, while gently releasing the parts of her that no longer serve you.

It’s okay to not have all the answers. It’s okay to feel uncertain, unsure or even afraid. What matters is that you’re showing up for yourself, ready to honor the journey - one step at a time.

Trust that the path ahead will reveal itself as you walk it.

The truth is, you are more than capable of navigating this change. You’ve already walked through storms & emerged stronger each time. You have within you an unbreakable resilience & every shift you’re experiencing is part of a grander unfolding ✨

So, breathe deeply, my sister. Allow yourself to feel the emotions, the fears, the excitement & the vulnerability. Know that it’s all part of the process. Let go of the need to have everything mapped out & simply be present with who you are right now, in this moment.

Your new self is waiting for you. She is you - just more aligned, more confident, more authentic.

She’s ready to rise but she needs you to trust in her. You are already on the path. Take the next step with faith and with love for the journey.

You are becoming exactly who you were always meant to be.

There’s something that’s been sitting on my heart that I need to express..

Whilst it’s incredibly empowering to see that so many women are closing the book on the old ways of earning and living

And are courageously creating new paths for themselves through starting their own businesses,

There’s something I’m seeing that I need to call out.

And it’s that too many coaches/healers/business owners have fallen into the trap of focusing too much on how to grow their business instead of how to grow as a human.

Or how to manifest more customer/clients/money instead of how to live with an open heart and be in love + gratitude for where they currently are.

And it’s resulting in disappointed clients because there is now a lot of overpromising & underdelivering happening.

Because business owners are growing in their ability to market & sell themselves but have forgotten to continue growing as a human.

I’m back baby!

And it feels so damn good to be here.

If you’ve been following me since the humble beginnings of my holistic therapy business 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 back in 2020, then you would have witnessed my personal evolution and therefore the evolution of my business as an extension of me.

If you’re kind of new here, then I’ll break it down real quick because what’s more important is what’s coming ✨

👉🏻 I started my holistic therapy business back in 2020, after working as a therapist at an outpatient mental health & addiction clinic here in Melbourne.

👉🏻 I started off by offering personal development programs, mental health programs and addiction recovery programs which progressively evolved into more soul purpose, life & business mentoring (always incorporating trauma healing + limiting belief clearings).

👉🏻 I then landed an incredible contract offering my support services to a sales company who saw the value of investing in their employees.

👉🏻︎ Financially, my business progressed in a really solid way. I went from 4K months to 6K months to 8K months to 10K months over 4 years.

My clients were amazing and I felt deeply grateful and honoured to earn income holding the space that I do 🙏

BUT.. yes there’s a but! Then I reached a point where I felt called to step back. Like really, really step back..
.And hold the space for myself that I had held for everyone else.

Because to be honest, the ‘work’ that I was already doing felt 𝐛𝐢𝐠, but I also had a knowing that I was being called to something 𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐫.

And that meant that I needed to evolve into the woman who was ready to do that.

And that felt f***ing scary! And there was a lot of resistance early on!

And it’s taken 2 years of patiently receiving all of the downloads, putting the puzzle pieces together and becoming ready to be the vessel that this is birthed through.

But she is here now!
And I am so excited to share her with you!
And it’s only just the beginning!

A woman in her power doesn’t have control over everything and everyone around her,
She has the ability to stand un waivered by what she cannot control.

A woman in her power doesn’t have the perfect life,
She rides the waves of her human experience and finds magic in the chaos ✨

A woman in her power isn’t a perfect woman,
She recognises that her superpower is to be fully embodied in her true full spectrum authenticity.

A woman in her power doesn’t dim her voice out of fear that it will come at a cost,
She speaks up knowing that standing in her truth will always lead her to what’s in her highest good.

A woman in her power doesn’t just accept the narrative that we are supposed to work 40+ hours a week to only live less then 20.
She instead creates her own narrative.

A woman in her power makes imprints that once accumulated, will literally change the world!

I recently closed a couple of my 1:1 containers and am now opening up 3 spots for 1:1 healing + mentoring with me, starting in October.

Last time I offered this, the spots were promptly snapped up. No launch, no consistent marketing about it.. just a simple post like this that was seen by the exact women that it was meant for.
