POV: you’re learning to let go 🤣🤣

The last couple of years have pushed me in ways I never expected.

Since mid-2023 my body has been asking me to slow down more and more, and burnout has been one of the hardest teachers I’ve faced.

For a long time I tried to push through, fix everything, and control the outcome. But lately I’m learning something different… surrender.

Surrendering the timeline.
Surrendering the pressure to have it all figured out.
Trusting that my body knows what it’s doing and that healing comes in seasons.

Some days I still grab the bar again. Some days I remember to let go.

Right now I’m choosing to trust that things are shifting, even if I can’t see it all yet. Softer days are coming. 🌊

There’s something so special about creating with the people you love ✨

Nathan and I spent the day at a hat burning class and absolutely loved every minute of it. It felt so good to switch on our creativity and try something new together.

Nathan studied graphic design at university, and design and creativity have always been close to my heart too. Being able to explore that creative side again together feels really exciting.

This is just the beginning of some fun little creative adventures for us… and we can’t wait to see where it leads.

Hi, I’m Rhiannon 🤍

I’m originally from New Zealand, and I’ve always loved people — understanding how we think, feel, move, cope, and exist in the world around us.

I’m ADHD, live with fibromyalgia, and have Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder — which means I know what it feels like to live in a body and mind that don’t always follow the “expected” path. To feel overstimulated, overwhelmed, or physically exhausted without a clear reason. To be constantly navigating tension, pain, or nervous system dysregulation.

This is why I created Wired X Woven.

Wired for the nervous system — the busy brain, ADHD, neurodivergence, the mental overstimulation so many of us carry.
Woven for the body — fascia, connective tissue, hypermobility, chronic pain, and the intricate way our physical and emotional experiences are held within us.

I’m here for those who are like me — or who simply need support that honours a wired brain and a woven body.

I’ll be offering the following online sessions from early April 2026:

• HypnoFlow — a guided body-based session blending breath, awareness, and subtle movement to support the release of physical and mental tension, and reconnect you to your body-mind connection.

• Modern Hypnosis — a gentle, client-centred approach to working with the subconscious mind to support habit change, emotional clarity, and nervous system regulation.

• Pellowah Energy Healing — a silent, intuitive energy healing process that supports energetic balance, clarity, and reconnection.

I’m really looking forward to slowly bringing this work together in a way that supports both your nervous system — and mine 🤍

✨ A New Chapter… ✨

I’ve decided to work online for the foreseeable future, creating experiences that allow me to offer my services without putting my body in jeopardy.

About a month ago, I created an Instagram called to share my feelings without judgment — this is where the name came from. I was thinking about how I feel in my body and in my mind. Wired busy mind, intricately woven body that falls apart.

The last four years have been such a meaningful chapter — a space where I’ve been supported, held, and able to grow, even when life felt busy and chaotic.

Over the past three months my body hasn’t improved in the way I’d hoped. While it has varied enough for me to work at times, it’s also meant cancelling and rebooking when my capacity changes — something that works for some, but not for everyone.

Because of this, I’ve decided to close my books to new clients until further notice.

I’m continuing to see some regular clients where possible, guided day-by-day by what my body allows. This choice is about reducing stress, honouring my health, and showing up with integrity rather than pushing through.

I’m also aiming to take a break from social media, though I may still share the occasional song or something meaningful as it feels right.

Deep gratitude to my friends, family, and clients who have been supporting me through this challenging time 🤍

The holidays can bring connection, joy… and also grief, tension, absence, and old wounds.
For many, this season isn’t light or easy — and there is nothing wrong with you if Christmas feels heavy.

You don’t have to fix your feelings.
You don’t have to perform happiness.
You don’t have to make this season look a certain way.

Moving through the holidays can be about slowing down, setting boundaries, honouring who or what is missing, and meeting yourself with compassion — moment by moment.

Massage works far deeper than muscle.

When the body has experienced stress, overwhelm, or trauma, it doesn’t just hold tension in the tissues. It holds it in the nervous system and the energy field. Even when the mind wants to relax, the body may still be in a state of protection.

Through safe, attuned touch, gentle rhythm, and grounded presence, massage offers a signal of safety. The nervous system is invited to soften, settle, and reorganise at its own pace, without force or expectation.

As the nervous system begins to feel safe, energy can move more freely. Muscles release naturally. Breath deepens. Awareness returns to the body. Some people experience grounding, emotional release, or deep stillness. These are all signs of the system remembering balance.

This work is not about fixing the body.
It is about listening, supporting, and allowing the body’s innate intelligence to lead.

True relaxation begins when the nervous system and the energy it holds feel safe to rest 🌿
