A four step easy dinner 🍲
Ingredients
✨2 heads Cauliflower (small, cut into florets)
✨2 tsps Chinese Five Spice
✨2 2/3 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil (divided) Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
✨680 grams Extra Lean Ground Beef 2 Garlic (clove, small, minced)
✨2 tsps Ginger (minced)
✨1/2 cup Kimchi
✨2 stalks Green Onion (chopped)
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400oF (205oC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Add the cauliflower, Chinese five spice, half of the oil, salt, and pepper to a large bowl. Toss to combine. Spread everything onto the prepared baking sheet and cook in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until the edges have browned.
3. Meanwhile, heat a cast-iron pan over medium heat and add the remaining oil. Add the beef, garlic, and ginger. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the meat for five to seven minutes, breaking it up as it cooks, or until it is cooked through.
4. Divide the cauliflower, beef, kimchi, and green onions evenly between bowls. Enjoy!
