Training together just makes it easier 🤝
Lizzie and Gary both said the hardest part is getting out of bed, but when you’re doing it as a pair, you keep each other accountable and show up anyway. And once they’re in? They genuinely enjoy it and the session flies by.
What they love most is being able to train side by side.. doing the same exercises, just adapted to suit each of them - while motivating each other every step of the way.
