"I’ve been seeing Jenni for Neuro-Training for a few different issues with great success. My last session I had an earache, which I’ve had on & off for the last 2 years. I’ve tried antibiotics, 2 years of steroid sprays, constant ear drops and when I’m at home I’ve walked around with a heat pack strapped to my ear. I was about to have a CT scan & take it to the next step when Jenni suggested we treat it in my session. The pain stopped by the end of the day after my session & it hasn’t returned, even with this bout of cold weather in Melbourne. It’s amazing!! I’m so so grateful as it’s been so painful. Neuro training has been great!! 🙏"

One person said the clicking already stopped during the session, another hasn’t experienced any clenching since the session and one texted that already the first session alleviated her jaw pain.

Neuro-training can help whether you clench or grind the teeth, or experience pain/tension/instability in the jaw.

Do you sometimes react rather than respond? It’s common to have “reactive emotions” where you feel abc when you feel xyz. For example, you feel angry and unloved when you feel ignored.

Neuro-training can defuse these patterns so you can have more emotional stability, which in turn brings more harmony into relationships. 🤍🤍

Yesterday I had a chat with a regular yoga practitioner whose neck felt stiff after swimming. She had already done the pelvic and neck reset sequences from yoga to straighten out any potential misalignments in the spine. There was still residue stiffness in the neck. I asked her to rub these two points where the strap meets the top/dress for a minimum of 30s or if the points are sore/tender until the sensations ease. Her neck was back to normal with that quick fix. Try this next time your neck feels stiff and leave a comment on how you go 🙏🏼

In Neuro-Training we always check if something is a symptom or a cause and only treat causes. Doing so also gets rid of symptoms. 👏🏼

If we tried to balance everything we found, it would be like a surfer trying to catch every incoming wave and exhausting themselves in the process. Learning wave selection is crucial in surfing; in neuro-training this means identifying causative issues and targeting those.

Pregnancy is an important time period for the developing foetus/baby and the expecting mother would ideally be as stress-free as possible. In fact, the brain keeps using the time in utero as a reference for the rest of the person’s life.

Therefore in neuro-training we check this important time frame called “life reference period” to understand what the individual might have picked up in utero. And we can then retrain the nervous system to recuperate from that.
