Meet Matt Moss, a Psychologist at Elevate Psychology Group!

Matt holds a Bachelor’s Degree, Honours Degree, and a Master of Clinical Psychology. He works with children and young people (ages 11–25) and their families to navigate the ups and downs of adolescence — a time filled with change, emotions, and questions.

Matt takes a client-centred approach, believing that you are the expert on your own experience. He uses evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and EFT to help clients understand what they’re going through, build skills, and find what works best for them.

He supports young people experiencing depression, anxiety, school difficulties, stress and coping, ADHD and trauma.
