As we step into a new year, we’ve been reflecting on 2025 which was one of our biggest and best years yet at Healthy Bodies Physio.
💪 More Clients, Bigger Impact
This year, we were proud to help more clients than ever before, supporting our community to move better, feel stronger, and achieve their goals.
👋 Growing the Team
We expanded our Healthy Bodies family to 15 incredible team members - an amazing group of physios, exercise physiologists, massage therapists, and allied health professionals who truly love what they do.
🎗️ Giving Back
Together, we raised $735 for Movember, supporting men’s health and sparking some very memorable moustaches along the way.
🏁 Penrite Racing Partnership
We had an unforgettable year supporting as their official physiotherapy partners! We were honoured to be part of their most successful Supercars season to date, both on and off the track—capped off by the incredible Bathurst 1000 victory with Matt Payne and co-driver Garth Tander. A true milestone!
🏆 Client Wins We Loved
Our community achieved some amazing things this year, including:
- Lee-Ann Derrick, who took home 4 gold medals at the Oceania Regional Powerlifting Championships (plus a massive 202.5kg deadlift!).
- Carl, who competed at the Veterans Cricket Nationals, with his team becoming the only Victorian side to win a Grand Final - against New Zealand no less!
- Peter, whose shoulder rehab exceeded even his surgeon’s expectations:
“Together, the work of Ebony and Big Ben has made my shoulder strong, mobile, and has left me with a really positive attitude toward ongoing rehab and exercise.”
We also loved supporting many sports teams to achieve their best seasons yet, alongside marathon runners, powerlifters, and competitors across many disciplines. Thanks for letting us be part of your journeys!
🌍 Team Personal Highlights
A huge congratulations to Chris, who finished 5th overall while proudly representing Australia at the IPF World Masters Classic Powerlifting Championships in South Africa - an outstanding achievement!
And a special shout-out to Todd, who welcomed twins this year!
Bring on 2026! 💙
