What if you could create a symbol for who you are becoming?

Join me for Totem Making — Build Your Symbol
Saturday 9 May · Online Livestream

A totem is a symbol of identity, protection, and belonging. It carries what cannot always be spoken.

In this gentle online workshop, we’ll create a personal totem using air dry clay, foam clay, ceramic clay, or if you don’t have clay, paper, oil pastels, or any art materials you already have at home.

This is not about making perfect art.
It is about gathering the symbols, shapes, and textures that reflect who you are, what you stand for, and what wants to be claimed more fully in your life.

If you’ve been moving through change, feeling deeply, or longing for a creative way to reconnect with yourself, this space is for you.

No artistic experience needed. Just come as you are.

In our kintsugi workshop, we stepped into breakage not as failure, but as truth.

Each person connected with a moment of rupture — a loss of identity, grief, a life event, or a time when everything seemed to fall apart. Then came the breaking of the plate: not as destruction, but as ritual. A visible act of acknowledging what had already been broken within.

When the pieces lay before us, the invitation was not to rush and fix. It was to pause. To witness. To sit with the reality that something broken cannot return to exactly what it was.

And then came the deeper lesson:
we rebuilt one piece at a time.

Not trying to recreate the old whole,
but learning how to meet what remains with patience, compassion, and honesty.

Because how can we know how to rebuild perfectly from something we have never rebuilt before?

We can’t.

That is the wisdom.

Healing is not about making it the same again. It is about releasing that expectation, changing the way we see, and allowing something entirely new to emerge.

The gold became the light through the fracture.
The path through the broken places.
The reminder that what shattered us may also reveal what we carry within.

The more broken you have been, the more gold you hold within.

Titration is the art of not going too fast.
It’s allowing your system to process emotion in small, safe moments
instead of forcing everything at once.
In Active Kreative, we don’t push the process.
We meet it, slowly, creatively, and safely. Healing is not just understanding — it is integration through the body, creativity, and experience

There are parts of us that life has cracked open quietly.

A relationship ends. A role changes. Grief stays in the body. An old identity no longer fits.

Broken Open is an invitation to meet that place with care.

Inspired by kintsugi — the Japanese art of repairing with gold — this workshop is not about hiding the fracture. It is about witnessing it, creating with it, and allowing light to enter where something has broken apart.

Through a guided symbolic process, we move with rupture, grief, repair, and the possibility of becoming something more honest and whole.

Why Sacred Geometry Can Change Your Life

It’s not just something you look at.
It’s something you practice, feel, and remember through.

27/04/2026

When you feel overwhelmed, scattered, or disconnected…
this simple sacred geometry practice can help you come back to yourself.

All you need is a piece of paper, a pencil, compass, ruler and a few colours.
Just start with a circle and let your hand move.
As you draw, your mind begins to quiet, your body settles, and something inside you gently reorganises.

This isn’t about creating art.
It’s about creating a moment of connection — with yourself.

From that place, even one small step forward becomes clearer.

🌿 Try it and notice what shifts for you

I turned 39 differently this year.

Not with celebration.
With truth.

For a long time, I’ve been holding everything together —
being strong, responsible, available, capable.
And yes, I can do it.

But at what cost?

There’s a quiet exhaustion that comes from carrying too much.
From being the one who manages, fixes, supports… always.

And I realised —
I don’t need to control everything to be safe..

What I actually want is simple:

A life that feels good to wake up to.
Time with my kids that isn’t rushed or stretched.
Space to create, not just function.
A home that feels like exhale.
Support that I don’t have to earn.

And the truth is…
I already know what I want.

The work now isn’t to search for more answers.

It’s to build a life that can hold me —
not one I have to constantly hold together.

Recognising patterns can change your life.

Not because you suddenly become someone new,
but because you finally begin to see what has been shaping you all along.

The same emotional loops.
The same reactions.
The same relationship dynamics.
The same inner stories that return in different forms.

So much of what we call “just the way I am” is often a pattern — held in the mind, the body, the nervous system, and the emotional memory. Your article speaks so beautifully to this: you are not broken, you are patterned, and what can be seen can begin to change.

This is why healing is not only about thinking differently.
It is about learning to recognise what repeats, understanding where it lives, and meeting it with awareness, compassion, and embodied practice. The article describes patterns as cognitive, emotional, relational, and somatic, and frames the Active Kreative Method as a way to work with them through creative and body-based approaches.

I deeply believe that pattern recognition is one of the first doors to transformation.

Because when you can see the pattern,
you stop calling it fate.
You stop calling it your identity.
And you begin to realise that change is possible.

AI is changing everything — writing, work, education, culture. But can AI fully capture what it means to be human?

In this video, Active Kreative explores a deeper question: if AI becomes increasingly powerful with language, what becomes more valuable for humanity? The answer may be art, creativity, embodiment, and nonverbal intelligence.

Drawing on research from neuroscience, affective science, arts-and-health studies, and global institutions, this video explains why human meaning is bigger than words alone. We experience life through sound, movement, touch, imagery, memory, emotion, and sensation. That is why art is not a luxury in the age of AI — it may be one of the most important ways we process, heal, create meaning, and stay connected to what makes us human.

If you are interested in AI, creativity, emotional healing, embodied intelligence, art as transformation, or the future of humanity, this is for you.

Active Kreative is here to help you reconnect with the intelligence that begins beyond words. DM Remember

Coherence through sacred geometry

When your thoughts are racing and your emotions feel all over the place, it’s hard to find clarity.

That’s a state of incoherence — when the mind, body, and awareness aren’t aligned.

Coherence is the opposite.
It’s when everything within you begins to work together.
That’s where calm, clarity, and real change start.

For me, one of the simplest ways to return to that state is through sacred geometry.

When you draw patterns — repeating shapes, forms like Metatron’s Cube — your mind naturally slows down.
Your body settles.
Your attention becomes focused.

You don’t need to understand it.

“Geometry is the music we experience with our eyes.” —

Through structure and repetition, your nervous system begins to regulate.
New connections form.
You start to see patterns — not just on the page, but in your life.

Because coherence isn’t something you force.
It’s something you allow.

And sometimes, the simplest way back to yourself…
is to start creating.
