Whole Beginnings was the beginning of my story as a small business which was based around my own awakening into something beyond myself which was asking me to step forward to support others through nutrition, energy healing and meditation.

As I have moved deeper into my own healing journey, particularly in the last five years, I have really gone beyond the way we view ourselves and how we show up in the world. We spend our entire lives playing a role, wearing a mask and identifying by what we do, rather than who we are at a soul level.

I want Helen Forster Soul Work to be the next iteration of the work I am here to do, and that is to walk with those who are curious, those who are seekers, those who are awakening to something bigger than just the human experience. Soul work is simply that, honouring what is within us at our very essence, our being, our inner space.
