At the end of this month, our HQ in Ainsdale St, Chermside West will join the local Halloween festivities, and host a free community sausage sizzle... along with the usual Halloween treats of course! Is it a trick? No!! Just us, joining in on the fun, and keeping the kiddo's (& parents) fed as they trek around the streets in search of candy!

Last year was lots of fun - we hope to see you down there again this year, dressed in your best Halloween outfit!

So proud of our cooking group... they were reluctant when they heard they were making a Quinoa salad as part of their cooking this week, but they gave it a go and everyone loved it. Easy and delicious... as too was the Beef and Black Bean. Yum!

After our visit to the other night, and hearing of Jacob partaking in the fundraiser to support mental health within the hospitality industry, we wanted to jump in and show our support. is the son of one of our admin team, and he will be cutting all of his long, curly hair off to raise funds for the charity . We'll be collecting donations on their behalf... or you can of course head into The Gresham and support directly. We're so proud of you, Jacob.

Cooking with Confidence... and that they are. They're all so much more confident than they were 6 months ago. 'I'm going to swap this ingredient', 'I might try this', 'can I cook it like this instead of that'... these are all signs that the confidence levels are growing, as they're thinking about alternatives, which is exactly what we want when preparing food. There's also a lot more eagerness for healthier recipes which brings us great joy! Summer salads... here we come!! Let us know if you're keen to come along and try!
