Saturday mornings at Relax Yoga we have back to back classes - Tes leading a 45 minutes Beginners Yoga class at 8am, followed by Cindy teaching a 60 minute General Yoga class at 9am.

Both classes will release built up tension from the week so you can flow into your weekend feeling open and free!

Try a class this weekend, our INTRODUCTORY PASS is only $39 for your fist 4 classes (up to 4 weeks) and will help set you up to create a habit of yoga, and relaxed weekends.

My innate system setting is full steam ahead on pretty much anything I set my mind to, paired with an erratic energy and expectation that the job can be done by yesterday… which ultimately leads to impatience and frustration.

This is one of the reasons my yoga practice is so helpful and important. First, it helps me see that I’m in that energy, then the slow movement with breath helps me smooth my focus, slow down, set more realistic expectations for myself and move forward with clarity and calm.

“It takes as long as it takes” is one of my high use personal reminders, and the funny thing is, when I spend time in yoga practice BEFORE I go full steam ahead, everything happens far more efficiently.

Our Spring Schedule is now open for booking with 16 weekly classes to choose from and Zoom options still available.

If you're a member who holds a Standing Reservation, you're already booked into your favourite class.

Everyone else, go ahead and make your forward bookings, as long as you have an active pass you can book as many classes as you like.

If you'd like a Standing Reservation for your favourite class drop me an email and I'll happily set that up for you.

A shout out to all the parents, grandparents and teachers out there today taking braving the crowds for the Ekka Experience. Don't forget to breathe!

Big noisy crowded places aren't my cup of tea, so I'll be at the Relax Yoga Studio running calm, peaceful classes as usual!

Join me at 9am for 75 minutes of Move & Meditate Yoga (ending in a deliciuos 20 minute Yoga Nidra Relaxation)

Or at 6pm for a simple, de-stress - 45 minute Beginners Yoga
