Restorative Yoga invites your whole system to slow down and soften.
You settle into simple, supported shapes that feel safe and comfortable, allowing the body to release without effort. Props support you fully, so there’s nothing to push or hold. Breathing naturally deepens, the nervous system settles, and a quiet sense of balance begins to return.
