ANZAC Day Merchandise 2026🏅

ANZAC Day merchandise is now available for purchase at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside, on behalf of Kedron Wavell RSL.

The stall is open today until 2:00 pm and tomorrow from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, and is located on the ground floor near hospital reception.

A special one-off commemorative badge is available for $10, with additional badges available for $5. Coffee mugs and pens are also available for $10 each, along with a range of other specialty items.

Thank you to the Kedron Wavell RSL for this wonderful opportunity to support our local community and honour the spirit of ANZAC Day.

Mother’s Day Stall 2026 - Save the date💐

St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside’s Mother’s Day Stall will be held on Thursday, 30 April.

A variety of handmade items will be for sale, including heat packs, shower caps, glasses cases, crochet tea towels and bowl cozies, plus some delicious homemade treats.

The annual Mother’s Day raffle will be drawn on the day. Tickets are now available for purchase at the hospital entrance between 8:30am and 12:30pm each morning.

Meet the incredible team behind the doors of the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

From planned admissions to the unexpected, our ICU team adapts in real time to provide lifesaving, highly specialised care. Constantly supporting one another, the team works seamlessly together to provide urgent care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

With over 130 staff from diverse backgrounds, this is a team built on passion, dedication, and a shared commitment to patient-centred care. “There are people from all walks of life in our team - each bringing their own valuable life experience,” says Sarah Doyle, ICU Nurse Unit Manager.

They care for patients and their families, taking the time to understand each person’s story, preferences, and needs. Sometimes, that even means welcoming a beloved pet into the ward for a patient visit.

“Some patients need a bit more support from us, and others seem to not need as much. We tailor our support to what the patient and their family require on any given day,” says Sarah.

With their skill, passion, dedication and kindness, our ICU team continue to provide better and fairer care, always.

After nearly 15 years at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside, we recently said a heartfelt farewell to Gloria as she begins her well-deserved retirement.

As an Environmental Services Assistant, Gloria has been a valued and reliable member of our team, recognised for her strong work ethic and dedication behind the scenes.

Thank you, Gloria, for your many years of service and commitment. We wish you all the best with your retirement and hope it is filled with happiness, good health and new adventures!

Getting in the Easter spirit 🐣

On Easter Sunday, our Executive Team delivered beautiful Easter baskets to both staff and patients, sharing a small gesture of appreciation, care, and community spirit.

Special thanks to Christine and Carissa from our amazing Food Services team for putting the colourful baskets together and working with the Easter bunny to ensure they were delivered 🐰

It was a wonderful way to celebrate and bring a little joy and comfort to staff and patients during the holiday.
