- HSP (highly sensitive person)learning how to honour myself through this has been a game changer!
- Reiki, Yoga & Pilates practices have changed my life & everything in it
- My favourite colour is blue
- I would eat pizza for breakfast lunch and dinner
- I love camping
- I really dislike being cold (I always seem to have cold hands and feet)
- Pumpkin soup is my favourite

Emotions - as Joe Dispenza says “energy in motion” when we don’t allow ourselves to express them, they become suppressed within our physical and cellular body.

It’s time we let go of the labels and stories we have around emotions & learn how to transcend them into higher frequencies that thrust us back into flow

By allowing ourselves to just feel them. It doesn’t need to be complex. Simply feel them. We don’t need to understand, question or resist.

It’s all apart of our human experience to feel these emotions, when we can learn to express rather than suppress. We learn to transform the vibration back into one of higher consciousness and serving our highest good

Daily vision

How do you show up in this human experience?

I’ve lived so many lives amongst the stars & other planets.. it’s been a journey in itself to navigate these human ways when my soul is so used communicating and expressing itself in pure highest forms.

The human amnesia is real 😵‍💫

Guiding myself with love and falling more deeply in love with the journey every day

For a while parts of me longed to be home in the stars and I felt so home sick for a place I wasn’t even sure existed

Turns out I was looking in the wrong places and that “place” wasn’t a place after all more a feeling and it was within all along I just needed to tune myself in a little more clearly to find it ✨✨

The magic is all around us if we slow down and allow ourselves tune in ☀️
