Hi everybody. We have just taken another batch of beautiful hand made large and small heat packs. Made locally in south isis by Jo these heat packs last and last and last. I know from experience as we use her products here and they have lasted for years. The large is big enough to cover your whole lower back or thigh for example and the small is great for the neck and shoulders or small joints such as the elbow or ankle. Call in to the shop on the main street to pick up yours.

Merry Christmas to all.

Thank you to all the amazing staff and community for your support in 2025. We will be having a break to enjoy time with our families from Christmas eve and returning back in the new year on the 5th of January 2026.

Congrats to childers family medicine and the isis club putting on a fund-raiser for breast cancer. As most of us know someone or been touched personally with cancer we were happy when asked to donate towards the raffle. Hard to beat a cha cha chocolate gift. YUM!

We recently had our yearly rural immersion visit from the UQ medical school students. They were learning and discussing the way of life for young professionals in the regional areas. It was a pleasure again to host the students and fingers crossed we see some of them in our hospitals and doctors surgeries in the future.

Thanks to all the coaches and people behind the scene working to organise the junior footy for the kids. They are always the people who go unnoticed giving their time for the love of sport. That's why we love to help out a little too contribute to the local junior sport. As a parent of a child that plays footy the teams all have great sportsmanship and supportive coaches across all teams.

We pack a lot into our functional gym equipment and space here for Will our exercise physiologist to use. If you are after advice on exercise for injury prevention, fitness programs, balance, strength, falls prevention and much more Will can help you. Our EP is available 5 days a week here. Will can see all people from private appointments to NDIS, EPC, DVA and workcover. He also does hydrotherapy at the local pool.
