🧠 Did you know?

❌ Pain ≠ damage ❌

You can have a lot of pain with very little tissue injury and then on the complete opposite side of the scale...sometimes serious injuries with minimal pain?!

Pain is influenced by sleep, stress, past injuries, movement habits and even mood. It is more so these factors that can influence your pain, not just what an X-ray shows.

👉 That’s why movement + education + the right rehab matter more than just “rest and scans”.

Your body is smarter (and more adaptable) than you think 💪

🌿 Outdoor exercise tip you might not know… 🌿

When kids (and adults) exercise outside, their balance and coordination work harder than indoors 🤔

Uneven ground, changing surfaces and visual distractions help train the brain and body to work together. By doing this, improving stability, reaction time and confidence 🧠⚽

Keep it fun, age-appropriate, and safe, with supervision and suitable footwear.
