The 1st Kettlebell Sports competition for 2025!
Done and dusted.
One Arm Biathlon 12kg. It didnโ€™t quite go to plan.
OAJ unofficial 135 reps.
Sn**ch was a nightmare as my right hand ripped just over 3 minutes in, so I had to switch to my left hand earlier than the 5 minute mark and finish off the 10 minute set with still nearly 7 minutes to go.
I had to dig in deep to keep going. Making some awesome faces on the way ๐Ÿคช๐Ÿคช
Unofficial 125 reps.
Totaling 260 reps. Hoping for a Rank ๐Ÿคž
