Flood Update - Athletica Studio

The water is slowly receding and I’m hopeful we’ll be able to access the studio soon to see what needs to be done.

All appointments will continue at The Original Studio – 8 Zanoni Street until further notice.

Flood Update – Athletica Studio Closed

Due to flooding, the Athletica Studio is closed until further notice.

All upcoming appointments will be moved to The Original Studio at 8 Zanoni Street.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we wait for the flooding to peak and begin the clean-up process.

Flood Update – Studio Location

A bit too much water around means my Athletic Studio is temporarily closed due to flooding. The good news is I have a backup!

All appointments for the remainder of this week will be held at the Original Emberdune Studio – 8 Zanoni Street.

Clients with bookings will receive an email and text to confirm the change. If you do have a booking and can no longer attend please let me know.

📣 Price + Treatment Update at Emberdune

From 1st July (for in-studio and recurring bookings) and 7th June (for online bookings), our prices will increase to:
30 min – $60
60 min – $100
90 min – $160

To make things clearer, we are also updating how treatments are listed:
Health Fund Claimable Massage category:
- Remedial Massage Consultations

Emberdune Signature Treatments category:
- Emberdune Signature Deep Tissue Massage
- Hot Stone Massage
- Aromatherapy Massage
- Hot Stone + Deep Tissue Fusion
- Aromatherapy + Deep Tissue Fusion
Please note: Signature Treatments are not eligible for health fund rebates.

You might also notice over the next month or so that we are doing a mini rebrand to Emberdune Massage Studios. This is to better reflect who we are and what we do after 20 years in practice.

Emberdune Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy Update

At Emberdune, we value your time and strive to provide high-quality care. To ensure that all clients have the opportunity to receive timely treatments, we’ve established the following rescheduling and cancellation policy:

Card Capture at Booking
To confirm your booking, a valid credit or debit card will be required at the time of scheduling. This card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policies outlined below.

Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 3 hours in advance. You can easily reschedule through our online booking system at www.emberdune.com or via the confirmation or reminder emails you have received.

Cancellations
We understand that circumstances change, but we ask for at least 3 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card provided at booking.

No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, a 100% no-show fee will apply, which will be charged to the card provided at booking.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to ensure the next client’s appointment can start on time. The full treatment fee will still apply.

Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unforeseen situation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Important Text Reminder Update

Starting today, your massage appointment reminders will look a little different! We’ve adjusted them to make sure location details are super clear.

This change was necessary because some clients missed the location info in previous reminders, leading to mix-ups and delays. Please double-check your reminder for the correct location to ensure a smooth, relaxing visit.

Please note that if you go to the wrong location, I won’t be able to extend your appointment time, and the full appointment cost will still apply.
